Awaken Your Core to Wellness

As a certified Elemental Body Practitioner, I am beyond excited to bring you this amazing, gentle, holistic approach that supports women with:

• closing diastasis recti (abdominal wall separation) 

• reducing "baby belly" 

• improving back pain 

• gaining full body strength 

• increasing core stability 

• strengthening pelvic floor muscles 

• reducing incontinence 

• assisting with prolapse 

• increasing libido 

• increasing sexuality and

•increasing confidence

Using breath work and visualization as the foundation of healing, we will also use elements of yoga, fitness and therapeutic practices. We will focus on the whole person for healing and long term wellness, creating space for you to reconnect with your new self to leave you feeling stronger and empowered.

This 4 class series will offer communal, continual support in between meeting dates via Facebook group, handouts and videos, and will also include a 20% discount on private 1:1 session with me for more detailed and focused work.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and water.  Also, if you already have yoga blocks and/or stretch bands, please bring those as well.

Although we love your children, we ask that you arrange for childcare during these sessions to enable you to get the most out of your healing experience.

Dancing For Birth™ Classes

4 Class Series 6/18 - 7/16/2018, Mondays 7:00pm at Kindred Space LA (no class July 2) 

Dancing for Birth™ offers feel good pre and post natal fitness inspired by world dances such as Belly, West African, Latin, Caribbean + Hip Hop! It also incorporates yoga and dance stretches effective for this sacred time, as well as relaxation + breathing techniques. Be prepared to feel challenged yet relaxed + uplifted in this class that helps you stay fit and prepare for an empowering birth experience. Birth + parenthood can be like a marathon and this prenatal dance class will help you become stronger, more agile, and more at ease. 

Classes are designed to teach your body many of the best natural positions for birth and help you feel comfortable using them. Using birthing and parenting wisdom ~ which can include a review of ideal birthing positions and natural pain coping techniques, and tuning in to your body and baby ~ you will build your confidence in your own abilities and experiences. this class also covers childbirth education topics such as fetal positioning, stages of labor, pain management, parenting wisdom, reconnecting with your new self + more.

Dancing for Birth™ is a space for collective support while having fun and celebrating the beauty of womanhood! No previous dance experience necessary. All levels welcome! 

We provide a space for sacred feminine embodiment, intuitive connection with your body and baby, and a collective space for being witnessed, held and supported.

3 Class Postpartum Wellness Intensive

Part support group, part educational, 100% community.  In this 3 class series, you will learn how you can strive to be your best after you've transformed into a new person post birth.  We'll discuss practices to keep you centered and grounded, how to best care for yourself so you can optimally serve others, and peek into the newest version of yourself so that you can spread more light and love with confidence and purpose.  💛

We will meet Thursdays, April 26, May 3 + May 10th, 5pm-7pm

Plenty of FREE parking in the rear.
